Saturday Night Dinner Menu
Saturday night Dinner is a little more formal with a menu selection of family favourite recipes. Guests are given the menu selection on arrival on Friday evening.
Dinner is preceded by drinks and appetisers served in the Lounge or on the Verandah.
Options for Dinner Menu Main Course:
- Rump Steak with Oyster sauce or Mushroom sauce
- Seafood Marinara
- Veal Steak topped with Spinach and Mozzarella and served with a tomato puree
- Chicken Chasseur
- Grilled Fish of the day
- Rack of Lamb
All dishes are served with either seasoned vegetables or salad
