A large selection of hors d'oeuvres will be served to your guests by our professional staff for an hour on their arrival at the venue and this selection would include:
- Platters of Brandied Chicken and Rosemary Pate, Cubes of Tasty Cheese, Danish Salami, Marinated Greek Olives and a selection of crackers
- Triangles of filo pastry filled with Spinach and Ricotta
- Smoked Salmon Roulade on Crouton with fresh dill
- Caramelised Onion and Gruyere Tarts
- Button Mushrooms filled with herbed Cream Cheese
- Peking Rolls with the freshest julienne vegetables and seafood
Main Courses for Wedding Receptions
The main meal will be served to your guests by our staff. And you have the choice
of two main meals from the following selection of four.
- Rare fillet of Beef with a herb and peppercorn crust sliced and served with suitable condiments
- Homemade Vegetable Strudel with fresh herbs and Feta baked to perfection
- Spinach wrapped Mushroom and Almond Terrine
- Deboned whole Chicken with a Citrus and Tarragon Seasoning
- Served with the main meal:
- Mixed Garden fresh Green leaves with a fresh herb dressing
- Potatoes in a Sour Cream and Grain Mustard dressing
- Oven Roasted Tomatoes with shaved Parmesan and fresh Basil
- Two Salads of the finest Fresh seasonal vegetables
