Sandholme Guesthouse is available for families or groups wanting luxury holiday rental accommodation with a difference.

Holiday rental accommodation is generally available between Christmas and to end April. The guesthouse is available ONLY as self-contained holiday accommodation (rental) for groups or families of up to 8 people, minimum bookings vary from 3 to 7 nights dependent on the time of year.

Holiday rental booking guidelines are as follows:

• Over the peak Christmas–New Year holiday period (generally 20 December to end first week January), bookings must be for a minimum of seven nights.
• School holiday bookings are preferable for 7 nights, a 4-night booking may be accepted.
• During February and March bookings of 3 or 4 nights may be accepted.
• Over Easter, bookings must be for a minimum of four nights.
• Long weekend or special events (triathlon), minimum 3-night bookings ONLY accepted.
• Bed and breakfast accommodation is no longer offered.
